The Lady Rams Bowling team made history again yesterday by winning the school's first ever DII Sectional Championship at Bowlero Lanes in Fostoria! The Lady Rams faced some stiff competition and battled through some adversity but in the end, they were able to edge out Liberty-Benton for the Sectional crown: 3232 to 3173. The ladies were paced by Freshman Melanie Bowen who bowled a 536 three game series. The Lady Rams will now move on to the DII District Championships held at Interstate Lanes in Rossford on Tuesday, February 17 at 10:00 AM. The historical run continues for these ladies. Good luck next week as they aim for a State Tournament bid.

CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Senior Afton G. who qualified for the OHSAA DII District Bowling Tournament at yesterday's DII Sectional Tournament hosted by Bowlero Lanes in Fostoria. Afton bowled a 557 three game series to finish 15th individually and qualify for the District competition next Thursday, February 19th at Interstate Lanes in Rossford. The Rams finished 7th overall as a team which officially ended their season. Congratulations to Afton and Coach Carroll for this accomplishment. Ram Nation is proud of you. Good luck at Districts.

Reminder that each individual sport will hold a parents meeting at a designated time and place that all prospective student-athletes and parents are highly encouraged to attend so you can get important information from the coaches about the upcoming season. Here is a list of the meeting dates/times/locations for your reference:

We have some families who have been displaced by the apartment fire last Friday. To try to help with unforeseen expenses we are having a hat day this Friday, February 13th.
It will be one dollar to wear a hat. Please send $1 with your student on Friday; teachers will collect in first period/homeroom. 100% of all donations will be given to the families. Thanks for your help and support.
