If you forgot to bring in your pitching fundraiser form today for Union Elementary K-5, we will still accept them tomorrow. March 23 - Thursday. We pitch tomorrow!

Triple Digit pledge forms are due tomorrow, March 22nd. Even if you only have one pledge, your child will get to pitch the ball on Thursday. Flat donations are accepted as well if you don't know how fast your child will throw the ball! Thanks for supporting Union Elementary!

Back to School Vaccines: Please see the attached flyer from the Wyandot County Public Health department on updating vaccinations for the 2023-24 school year. This is for next years Kindergarten, 7th grade and 12th grade students.

Last night the USMS bands & choirs performed their Winter Concert. Mr. Treadway gave us a history lesson on the Monitor and Merrimack, before the 8th grade performance of "Ironclads" by William Owens. Thank you, Mr. Treadway! Congratulations to all the performing students!

Hello 4th grade parents! It's time to tryout for a band instrument and become a Ram Band member! This Thursday, your student will be attending a concert featuring the 6th grade band and high school wind ensemble. Afterwards, they will bring home papers that will guide you through the next steps. Our first day of tryouts is this Friday, March 17 from 9 am until noon. The next opportunity will be Monday, March 20th from 4 to 8 pm. Both days are in the middle school band room. Please visit the middle school band webpage to sign-up for instrument tryouts. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Hoffman. We are so excited to meet the next generation of Ram Band members!

There is no school for students this Friday, March 17th! This is a teacher work day for the end of the 3rd nine weeks!

School breakfasts play a big role in helping kids get the nutrition they need to learn, grow, and be healthy.

Dear Parents: I wanted to let you know that we had an assembly today for all 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students. The assembly addressed consequences if fighting occurs on school grounds as well as consequences for students who are encouraging the fighting. Today during the assembly students heard from: Upper Sandusky Superintendent, Mr. Landversicht, Chief Lucas from the Upper Sandusky Police Department, and Dawn McQuown and Mark Mays from Juvenile Probation. Consequences will include: out-of-school suspension or expulsion, Disorderly Conduct, and/or Assault charges filed with Upper Sandusky Police Department, and the students involved will likely be put on probation. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. If students feel threatened or unsafe, encourage your child to go directly to a school staff member or email a staff member at school. The StopIt app. is also available and can be done anonymously after school hours. If you have any questions regarding the assembly today please contact Mrs. Parrott and/or Mr. Dible. Caleb Clary qualified for the OHSAA Division II State Wrestling Tournament by finishing 4th in the district tournament (132 pounds) on Saturday at Norwalk High School. Caleb will compete in the state tournament on Friday, March 10 at the Schottenstein Center at OSU. Congratulation to Caleb and good luck at state!

The Northern 10 Athletic Conference member schools will charge admission for all N10 high school and middle school weekday meets again this year. Admission for HS meets will be $6 for adults and senior citizens. Admission for MS meets will be $5. The USHS girls basketball team defeated Clear Fork 44-34 last night in the Division III district tournament. The Lady Rams will play Margaretta in the district finals on Saturday, February 25, 6:00 p.m. at Shelby High School (Bus-4:00 p.m.). The game will be livestreamed by OH.Report. Go Lady Rams!!
