This a reminder that there will be no school for students on Fri., Jan. 12th for an end-of-the-first-semester teacher work day, and on Mon., Jan. 15th for Martin Luther King Day. The 3rd 9 weeks/2nd semester begins on Tues., Jan. 16th!

Eli and Dalila won the music writing competition! Eli took home the blow up Christmas Puppy and Dalila took home the stuffed puppy! Well done 3rd grade!
We turned 2d flat shapes into 3d solid shapes by using marshmallows and toothpicks!
The Grinch was disturbing classes today but we wished him a “Merry Christmas “ anyways. We also did a 3D graph and decorated Christmas cookies!

TONIGHT we debut our Union Elementary 5th grade band, as well as the middle school 6th grade band in a winter concert! Come out to Union Elementary to hear our young musicians in their first concert of the year. Concert starts @ 7 o'clock, doors open at 6:30 pm.
