SECTIONAL CHAMPION ALERT A huge CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Junior Ethan Lewis who wrestled his way to a sectional championship in the 157 pound weight class on Saturday at the DII Sectional Championships hosted by Galion High School. This sectional win punches Ethan's ticket to next week's DII District Championships at Norwalk High School and moves him one step closer to a State Championship appearance. Another great performance by one of USHS' best student-athletes. Joining Ethan at the District Championships on Friday will be Freshman Braylon Shepherd who was runner-up at 106 pounds and fellow Freshman Graham Wolf who was fourth place at 113 pounds. Rounding out the District qualifiers was Senior Abe Baldwin who kept his historic USHS career alive by qualifying fourth in the 126 pound class. Ram Nation is incredibly proud of the athletic accomplishments of our USHS Wrestlers but even more proud of how they represent our school and community outside of the mat. Good luck at Districts guys. RAM PRIDE!

The end of a historic season. The Lady Rams Varsity Bowling team ended their inaugural season at Interstate Lanes in Rossford at the DII District Championships. The Lady Rams held their own against some veteran and extremely tough competition finishing in 14th place (2744 pins). Leading the way for the Lady Rams was Junior Olivia Griswold who bowled a 480 pin three game series. Ram Nation is extremely proud of our Lady Rams bowling squad and we are excited to see them continue to grow and develop in the years to come. Until next year. RAM PRIDE!

Attention drivers and/or parents! Don't forget that tomorrow will be our annual “Drive your Tractor to School Day” for our FFA members. Please be aware that Houpt Drive will be blocked by tractors from 7:40-7:50 that morning. Please plan to arrive at school before 7:40 AM to avoid delays and avoid Houpt Drive if at all possible. Also, the front of the HS will be blocked to traffic beginning at 7:45 to accommodate the tractors which will be parking along the front of the school. Students may enter the North lot from SH 53 to park and staff that usually park in front of the school will need to park elsewhere tomorrow. Thanks!
