Parents - the school evacuated today around lunchtime when the fire alarm went off. The fire department did come to check the building and all was deemed safe to return. It was found that a faulty electrical sensor caused the alarm. This will be fixed, but in the meantime if it happens again, we will evacuate until all is found safe to return to the building.
We are very proud of the kids! They did exactly what we practice each month when the alarm went off.
