Dear Parents,
We will have a bake sale next week for students in grades 6th, 7th and 8th grade after lunch. Each item will be $1, and all proceeds will go toward supporting a 6th-grade student’s medical expenses.
We are also accepting donations of baked goods. If you would like to contribute, please send individually wrapped items with your child.
The bake sale schedule is as follows:
• Monday: 6th Grade
• Tuesday: 7th Grade
• Wednesday: 8th Grade

2026 USHS HALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS DEADLINE APPROACHING
Nominations for the USHS Hall of Fame Class of 2026 will be closing soon so if you know anyone deserving of induction, don't miss the deadline of May 24th. Candidates must be a graduate of USHS, a former coach at USHS, or an administrator at USHS and must have distinguished themselves through their athletic or administrative accomplishments, exploits, and achievements while at USHS and beyond. Please note that a nomination does not mean induction but all nominations will be kept on file to be considered for future years. If you would like to nominate a candidate for induction, please complete the nomination form found in the attached link, or you can complete a paper copy of the nomination form at the high school athletic office or print the form off of the USEVS District page (under the Athletics/Documents tab). The 2026 USHS Hall of Fame class will be formally inducted at the home varsity football game on Friday, September 4th. "Summer is just around the corner! Erika Holloway is offering new and improved social-emotional workshops for kids this summer. All workshops will be held in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, but are not limited to USEVS students. The exact location will be shared once the registration form is submitted.
This summer, the workshops will be hands-on and occur outdoors (weather permitting). Workshops include Kids Glow Yoga, Iced Coffee & Vision Boards, Nurturing Plants and Our Minds, Building Self-Esteem, Expressive Painting, and Nature Therapy. The goal of these workshops is to provide a safe space for kids to express themselves, boost self-esteem, and equip them with the tools they need to navigate challenges both in school and in their personal lives.

A reminder that this coming Friday, March 13th, the district will start the day on a 2-hour delay for teacher professional development.
