Dear RAM Family, It is with great sadness that I must inform you about a loss to our school family. Mrs. Deb Berger, a Spanish teacher at Upper Sandusky High School and Middle School has lost her brave battle with cancer. Funeral arrangements will be handled through Lucas Batton Funeral home in Upper Sandusky and we have counselors and clergy on hand at the Middle School in case any students or staff need support in the coming days. We express our sincere condolences to the family, friends, coworkers and students of Mrs. Berger. She was a valued member of our staff and community. She led her life with strong family values and a deep faith. She will be missed.

Team Tyler shirts arrived and will be passed out 4/30/26. Please wear them on Friday, May 1st! 💙🩵

Mrs. Morris’s 6th grade English class is preparing for an upcoming speech by practicing how to speak with authority, avoid filler words (such as “like”), and present with enthusiasm. Students gave short speeches about everyday objects like a pencil, paperclip, or ruler. They have some natural speakers in the class! TED Talk Speech Assignments are due 4/29/26 🎤

Summer is just around the corner! Erika Holloway is offering new and improved social-emotional workshops for kids this summer. All workshops will be held in Upper Sandusky, Ohio but are not limited to USEVS students. The exact location will be shared once the registration form is submitted.

This summer, the workshops will be hands-on and occur outdoors (weather permitting). Workshops include Kids Glow Yoga, Iced Coffee & Vision Boards, Nurturing Plants and Our Minds, Building Self-Esteem, Expressive Painting, and Nature Therapy. The goal of these workshops is to provide a safe space for kids to express themselves, boost self-esteem, and equip them with the tools they need to navigate challenges in both school and their personal lives.

Summer is almost here!! 🌸 Erika Holloway is providing summer social emotional workshops for kids ages 5-11 — Every Tuesday in June & July!!

Summer social-emotional groups provide a nurturing environment for children to develop essential life skills during the break from regular school activities. All workshops will take place at Upper Sandusky Counseling.
