2026 USHS HALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS DEADLINE APPROACHING
Nominations for the USHS Hall of Fame Class of 2026 will be closing soon so if you know anyone deserving of induction, don't miss the deadline of May 24th. Candidates must be a graduate of USHS, a former coach at USHS, or an administrator at USHS and must have distinguished themselves through their athletic or administrative accomplishments, exploits, and achievements while at USHS and beyond. Please note that a nomination does not mean induction but all nominations will be kept on file to be considered for future years. If you would like to nominate a candidate for induction, please complete the nomination form found in the attached link, or you can complete a paper copy of the nomination form at the high school athletic office or print the form off of the USEVS District page (under the Athletics/Documents tab). The 2026 USHS Hall of Fame class will be formally inducted at the home varsity football game on Friday, September 4th. Friendly reminder that the USHS Spring Sport Senior Night will take place prior to today's Varsity Softball game against Carey. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at approximately 4:45 PM and is part of a NHS project for two of our student-athletes. All spring sport Senior student-athletes and their escorts are asked to meet at the softball field at approximately 4:15 PM to check-in. This event is for all Senior spring sport student-athletes and open to the public so come on out and help us celebrate our Seniors and recognize them for the impact they have made at USHS. Tonight will also be our Mental Health Awareness event as well so come out and support a very special cause.

Due to the ongoing spring weather crisis, several USHS athletic events have adjusted their starting times for tomorrow. Here are the latest changes:
- Varsity Softball @ Bellevue will now start at 11:00 AM with JV to follow
- Varsity Track & Field @ Carey Blue Devil Relays will now start at 9:00 AM (field events) and 10:00 AM (running events)
Depending on field conditions, tomorrow's home JV Baseball game might be moved to Bellevue and be played as a V/JV doubleheader. This decision will be made early tomorrow morning. Please help spread the word.

STATE PLACER!
USHS Senior wrestler Ethan L. has completed his high school career by standing on the podium in Columbus as a OHSAA DII State Wrestling placer. Ethan battled for three days and ended up finishing seventh overall in the 157 pound weight class. What a great way to end a storied career. Ram Nation is extremely proud of Ethan for his athletic accomplishments but even more proud of how he represents our community off the mats.
To recognize Ethan for this awesome accomplishment, the Upper Sandusky Fire Department and USPD will be providing an escort for Ethan back to USHS tonight around 11:00-11:30 PM. They will be meeting near Wyandot Lanes and traveling back to USHS. We know it's late but stop on out and help us welcome Ethan back to town.
