2023-24 Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for the 2023-24 School Year begins April 1st. An Open Enrollment form must be filled out for all students that are not attending their "home USEVS elementary school" and those enrolled at USEVS from other school districts.
If you currently have a student attending East, South, or Union Elementary Schools and want your child to attend a different elementary school for the 23-24 school year, you must fill out a form to apply for the elementary switch. This includes switching back to your “home USEVS elementary school”.
Forms are available from the building secretary or the Superintendent’s Office on or after April 1st. Completed forms need to be returned to the school secretary when completed. These forms are time/date stamped, so get this form in ASAP.
Kindergarten Screening
If you have a child or know of a child that will be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2023 they are eligible for Kindergarten in the 2023-24 school year. To register for screening call 419-294-2306 or visit the USEVS district website at www.usevs.org. Registration closes Friday March 31. Kindergarten screening dates are April 20 and 21.
