USEVS Chromebook Loaner Program - 3/26 Update!

The district has begun preparing for our Chromebook Loaner Program, to begin sometime next week (week of March 30th).  Details will be announced early next week via a phone call alert from Mrs. Vent, and, the information will also be posted on the district website, social media, and SchoolMessenger mass email. If you have already signed up previously, please do NOT sign up again! Your submissions were recorded and registered.  If you have not signed up previously, use the URL below to do so. If you need more than one Chromebook, you need to submit individually for each request.

Two requirements for this program: 1) You have access to WiFi network somewhere (Chromebooks require Wifi), 2) you don't have a device(s) at home now, or that work like Chromebook does at school.

  1. All buildings are CLOSED - no pickup or drop-off will take place until further notice.
  2. Chromebook Loaner Program has been postponed until further notice.
  3. "Grab-and-Go Brunch Bags" will continue on Tuesday and Thursday with limited drop off opportunities, at USHS (north lot) and South ES (parking lot) from 11am-12:30pm.

We urge you to remain safe during this time and to do your best to assist  your children as best you can.  Your child's teachers can be reached via email/Remind/Zoom and are eager to help in any way they can.  Your children’s teachers can be reached via email or other methods your teachers may already have in place and are eager to help in any way they can. Grab N Go Bag

Grab-n-Go Brunch Bags

Upper Sandusky Schools is preparing an action plan to provide school breakfast and lunch to students who do not have access to viable food resources in their home.  We want to move as quickly as possible, but need input from our parents. Below is an online form that we are asking parents who would use this program to fill out so we can plan the volume of food necessary to fulfill the need.  If you are aware of anyone who does not have internet access and would not be able to fill out this online form, please have them call the Central Office at 419-294-2306 to get their information registered. Upper Sandusky Schools are interested in knowing if there is enough interest and/or need to have our Food Services Dept. make available on a limited basis a "Grab-n-Go Brunch Bag" home delivery program.  We would like to gather this information ASAP so we can get the process to fulfill the interest if needed.

Special Note - this program is only for parents (students) who live OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS and cannot get to one of the two current pickup locations.
