Applications are available in the main office at each school building in the district. A new form must be submitted every year. There will be no exceptions to the May 31st deadline! There will be a special Board of Education Meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 6:00 pm in the Upper Sandusky Schools Central Office Conference room. The board will hold an executive session to discuss complaints of a public official. No action will be taken.
