It was one of those classic Ohio track nights—cold rain, wet spikes, and just enough chaos to make things interesting. The skies opened up and it started raining buckets… but for the Upper Sandusky Rams and Lady Rams, it wasn’t just water falling from the sky—it was points.

🔶 LADY RAMS – HISTORY, SPEED, AND A WHOLE LOT OF POINTS

The Lady Rams didn’t just win—they dominated the meet with 101 points.

SHUTTLE HURDLES

The 400m Shuttle Hurdle team of Lexia Johnson, Lexie Lehnhart, Kya Martinez, and Lia Wilkinson blazed to a 1:14.88 finish, earning runner-up honors— but more importantly…

  • 4x1600 Relay Champions (24:38.75)

    Jocelyn Leighty, Abigail Ault, Madison Miles, Bailey Hinesman opened the meet with a statement win.

  • 4x800 Relay Champions (10:59.51)

    Bailey Hinesman, Madison Miles, Jocelyn Leighty, Abigail Ault doubled down with another victory.


⚡ Sprint Squad Brings the Fire

  • 1600m DMR Champions (4:33.11)

    Jocelyn Leighty, Arielle O’Flaherty, Jillian Stansbery, Jayden Richards kept the distance dominance rolling.

  • 4x100 Relay Champions (52.07)

    Arielle O’Flaherty, Jayden Richards, Shiloh Shasteen, Jillian Stansbery edged out the competition in a tight finish.

  • 4x200 Relay Champions (1:54.23)

    The same quartet came back and did it again—speed + consistency = gold.

  • 4x400 Relay – 2nd Place (4:35.01)

    Arielle O’Flaherty, Jocelyn Leighty, Adriane Yeater, Shiloh Shasteen closed strong.


🏋️ Throwers and Field Events Deliver

  • Shot Put Relay – 2nd Place

    Averie Rowlinson (29’7.5”), Aeris Caudill (27’9”), Kiarie Williams (26’1.25”) powered through the rain for big points.

  • Discus Relay – 3rd Place

    Melanie Bowen (96’1”), Emily Weatherbee (90’1”), Laney Niederkohr (70’10”) added crucial team scoring.


🔶 RAMS – TOUGH, BALANCED, AND BATTLE-TESTED

The Rams battled through the elements and finished 2nd overall with 74 points, showing strength across every event group.

  • 4x1600 Relay Champions (20:05.56)

    Franklin Arnold, Henry Minehart, Andrew Leighty, Carter Pohlman controlled the race from start to finish.

  • 4000m DMR Champions (11:44.10)

    Franklin Arnold, Brent Richards, Henry Minehart, Carter Pohlman brought home another victory.


⚡ Sprint Highlights

  • 4x400 Relay Champions (3:45.63)

    Ashton Clark, Franklin Arnold, Eli Smith, Brent Richards slammed the door to end the meet with a win.

  • 4x100 Relay – 4th Place (49.10)

    Zach Barr, Declan Pelfrey, Travis Claus, Lucas Alspach stayed competitive in a loaded field.
