Welcome to South Elementary

Grab N Go Bag

Grab-n-Go Brunch Bags

Upper Sandusky Schools is preparing an action plan to provide school breakfast and lunch to any child ages 1-18 who do not have access to viable food resources in their home.  We want to move as quickly as possible, but need input from our parents. Below is an online form that we are asking parents who would use this program to fill out so we can plan the volume of food necessary to fulfill the need.  If you are aware of anyone who does not have internet access and would not be able to fill out this online form, please have them call the Central Office at 419-294-2306 to get their information registered.
